SM Cleaner is a non-chlorinated, noncaustic powder cleaner that has been buffered to prevent corrosion to
soft metals. SM Cleaner is recommended for cleaning aluminum and stainless steel equipment where a
strong cleaner is needed but caustic cannot be tolerated. SM Cleaner is used in a variety of food
processing establishments such as bakeries, restaurants and dairies and gives excellent results for the
heavy duty, soft metal cleaning required for baking pans, aluminum trays and processing equipment.

Minimum water temperature 140?F Pressure Spray Units: Dissolve 0.5 to 1 wt.oz. per US gallon of water (3.7 to 7.4 grams per litre) (1:270 to 1:135). Soak Tanks: Dissolve 4 to 8 wt.oz per US gallon of water (30 to 60 grams per litre) (1:33 to 1:16).
